This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings placed through Handyman Clcindia.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel a booking from the app.
A. Free Cancellation
Cancellation may be free if:
- provider has not been assigned, OR
- cancellation is made well before the scheduled time
B. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees may apply if:
- provider has already accepted and prepared
- provider has reached the customer location
- customer cancels at the last moment
- repeated cancellations occur
If applicable, cancellation charges will be shown in the app.
2. No-Show Policy (Customer Not Available)
If the customer:
- does not answer calls/messages
- is unavailable at the address
- refuses service after provider arrives
Then it may be treated as a No-Show and charges may apply.
3. Cancellation by Provider
Providers may cancel due to:
- emergency or unavailability
- unsafe service conditions
- incorrect customer address
- customer not reachable
- service not possible due to technical reasons
We may attempt to assign another provider depending on availability.
4. Cancellation by Admin/Platform
Imagine Group may cancel bookings if:
- fraud is detected
- service is not possible
- technical errors occur
- legal restrictions apply
5. Refund After Cancellation
Refunds after cancellation will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
