This Refund Policy describes how refunds are processed on Handyman Clcindia.
1. When Refund is Applicable
Refund may be issued in the following cases:
A. Payment Deducted but Booking Not Confirmed
If payment is successful but booking fails due to system error, refund will be initiated.
B. Booking Cancelled by Provider/Admin
If booking is cancelled due to provider unavailability or platform reasons, refund may be issued.
C. Service Not Delivered
If service was not provided at all after payment.
D. Wrong Charges / Technical Error
If extra payment is deducted due to system error.
E. Verified Service Quality Complaint
If customer raises a valid complaint such as:
- service not completed
- major damage caused due to provider negligence
- service not matching agreed scope
Refund approval depends on investigation and evidence.
2. When Refund is Not Applicable
Refund is not provided if:
- service has been completed successfully
- customer changes mind after service completion
- customer is not available at location (No-Show)
- customer provides incorrect address/contact details
- delays happen due to customer-side issues
- customer denies service after provider arrival
- complaint is raised after unreasonable delay
3. Partial Refund Policy
Partial refund may apply if:
- service is partially completed
- provider reached location and spent time
- materials/parts were used
- additional work was completed as requested by customer
4. Refund Processing Time
If refund is approved:
- it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
- bank/payment gateway processing may take additional time
Refund will be credited to:
- original payment method, OR
- wallet (if wallet option is enabled)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with:
- booking ID
- registered mobile number
- issue details and supporting proof (if any)

6. Dispute Handling
We aim to resolve disputes fairly.
Final refund decisions will be based on platform verification, service records, and applicable Indian consumer laws.
