Handyman Clcindia is an online platform that connects customers with independent service professionals for home and handyman services.

We act as a technology-based marketplace and do not directly provide all services ourselves.

2. Eligibility

To use this app, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• provide accurate and complete information
• comply with applicable Indian laws

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree:

• to provide accurate registration details
• not to share OTP/password with anyone
• to be responsible for all activity done through your account

We may suspend accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

• to provide correct address, phone number, and service details
• to ensure service access at the location
• to behave respectfully with service providers
• to pay applicable charges on time

If customer is unavailable at the time of service, it may be treated as a No-Show.

5. Provider / Serviceman Responsibilities

If you register as a service provider, you agree:

• you are an independent professional, not an employee of Imagine Group
• to provide accurate identity and business information
• to maintain professionalism and ethical behavior
• to provide services safely and as promised
• to follow all local laws, safety rules, and service standards
• to maintain required tools, equipment, and service materials
• to accept bookings only when you are available

Imagine Group may suspend or terminate provider accounts for:

• fraud
• poor service quality
• customer complaints
• illegal activity
• repeated cancellations

6. Booking Process

Bookings can be placed through the app based on availability.
Booking confirmation depends on:

• provider acceptance
• service area availability
• scheduling

The platform may reassign providers if required.

7. Pricing & Charges

Service charges may include:

• service fee
• convenience/platform charges (if applicable)
• taxes (if applicable)

Prices may vary depending on:

• service type
• urgency
• location
• complexity
• extra materials required

Final price may change if additional work is requested by customer.

8. Payments

Payments may be made using:

• online payment methods
• cash after service (if enabled)
• wallet (if enabled)

If online payment fails, booking may be cancelled.

9. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled as per the platform’s Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation charges may apply in certain cases.

11. User Conduct & Restrictions

Violation may result in permanent account ban.

12. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may rate providers after service completion.
Fake or abusive reviews are not allowed.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.

13. Intellectual Property

All app content, designs, logos, and trademarks belong to Imagine Group.
You may not copy or distribute without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Imagine Group is not liable for damages caused by provider actions
• We are not responsible for service delays due to external issues
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking

15. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate any account if:

• Terms are violated
• illegal activity is detected
• fraud or abuse is reported

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to Indian courts.
